Anahera delivers pan-India.
02What is the delivery time-frame?
Your online order will be shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.
03Is there a cost for delivery?
- FREE delivery on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹200.
04How do I track my order?
You can track your order through the delivery partner’s tracking portal using the tracking details shared after dispatch.
05Delivery partner
Our delivery partner is Velocity, a D2C shipping aggregator in India.
06Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight and size of the order and may vary from product to product.
Prepaid orders currently ship free. Where COD is selected, the ₹200 COD charge applies as stated above.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Anahera cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal or courier company. If you are unavailable or cannot be contacted and your parcel is returned to us, we will assist in arranging an alternate delivery.
