We reserve rights to change the prices of products without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party in case of a modification in prices.

05Variation in Products

All of our products are artisanal, hence no two products are 100% identical. Owing to its natural process of tanning, the leather may have slight variations in shade and colour. Depending on the sub-category of leather, the leather may have natural markings & scars. The handloom used in the products are sourced from local artisans & premium suppliers. Owing to its artisanal nature, products in the same collections might have slight differences in the look of the handloom. You agree that this does not qualify as a defect & cannot claim warranty or return a product due to the above characteristics.

06Photographs

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our physical products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

07Modification of Designs

We reserve rights to discontinue or modify product designs. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications made to product designs or if a product is discontinued.

08Availability

Due to sudden demand or short interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. In the event you have ordered a product which is no longer in stock, we will inform you by e-mail within 7 days of receipt and refund you for the sum you have paid.

09Shipping & Delivery

Please review our Shipping & Delivery terms to understand the delivery time-frames & costs. However, please note in the unlikely event of a delay from the postal companies end, we will not be liable.

10Payments

We use Razorpay to enable sale transactions. The payment gateway company may have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for sale transactions. It is therefore recommended that you read their privacy policy to understand how your information may be used.

12Intellectual Property & Trademark

Unless otherwise mentioned, all the materials, including designs, photographs, audio & video clips, text, layout, graphics and other materials that appear as part of the site whether publicly posted or privately sent are property owned, controlled, licensed or used with permission by Anahera. The Site as a whole and its Contents are protected by trademark and other laws.

We shall not be liable for any indirect damages (including but not limited to loss of time, emotional damage, reputational damage, loss of revenue, loss of profit or loss of an opportunity).
